| Points:The Engineers of CPWD told that 50% work of Toilet is completed but electreic work and water supply is under progress and assured that the remaing work will be copmleted in the month of July. |

| Points:1. SH Neeraj Garg, Sub engineer CPWD told to handover the new building of KV by the end of May 2009. a).Discusssion of shifting of KV Sidhi was done in the meeting as letter regarding shifting received by the Assistant Commissioner of Jabalpur.
2. Estimate of 21 staff quarters were made by the CPWD and sent to the KVS Hqrs, New Delhi.
3.Regarding water supply tube well will be fitted.
4. Regarding procurement of funiture in the new building the Chairman himself will take initiative to talk to the Laghu Udyog.
5. For constitution of new VMC members the meeting will be called again on 8th june.
6. After the completion of election process advertisement will be given in the paper and the process of part-time teachers will be taken. |

| Points:1.)Construction:- Demand by the Collector regarding Date wise programme chart by the CPWD Deptt.
2.)Result analysis:- Result analsysis of classes I to IX and XI was produced in the VMC meeti ng.
3.) As Registration forms received by the Vidyalaya for pre-primary classes were about 77 it was decided to open 2 sections for pre-primary classes.
4.)Constitution of new VMC:- It was decided by the Chairman to constitute the new VMC in the month of June (after completion of election process)
5.)Admission process:- The process and rules and regulations of admission were discussed.
6.)1% Upkar Tax:- Deposit of money regarding 1% Upkar tax by the CPWD was instructed. |
